Think of it like a gyro’s bolder cousin — Middle Eastern in origin rather than Greek, built on spiced meat shaved fresh from the vertical rotisserie. Served in soft, pillowy flatbread with fresh veggies and tangy sauce, it’s packed with authentic flavor, distinctive spices, and pure Mayhem.

A golden, handheld bread pocket inspired by a Nebraska classic — but cranked up to full Mayhem. Stuffed with seasoned beef, sautéed onions, and peppers, then loaded with gooey melted cheese, it’s Midwest comfort food gone rogue with an East Coast cheesesteak twist.
